How many of you have had a chance to see the Mario Frangoulis in concert Music of The Night PBS program?
Mario has a warm, sweet, powerful, caressing voice. Although my favorite is Sometimes I Dream, I love the Music Of The Night DVD.
Now Mario is releasing a new cd in a couple of weeks, Season Of Love 2.
You can pre-order it from www.greekmusicshop.gr. You can order any of Mario's cds/DVDs from www.greekmusicshop.gr .
If your PBS station has not aired Mario's concert, you can contact them and request it.

It is amazing how much one learns to appreciate something one almost lost.
I talked to my friends and some said if they have to lose something, they would rather lose their hearing than their sight.
Yes, sight makes us appreciate the beauty around us, but if I were deaf I could not appreciate Placido Domingo or Mario Frangoulis.
It is a beautiful day today. There is a soft breeze, the sun shines, the sky is a light blue with bright white clouds, my roses are blooming.
I almost lost my sight and things look so much more beautifull today.
As for my hearing, it may not be perfect but I have enjoyed listening to Placido Domingo Amore Infinito and will enjoy Mario Frangoulis new cd, Mario and Friends 2. Life is good.

It is a reliable store and some of us have gotten to know the owner through the years. It is so reassuring to know, there is really some one behind a counter, in a small record shop in Crete, Greece.

Hey, so I love Greek music!
No, I am not Greek but there is something about the music that makes me feel the sun, blue sea and swaying trees!
I was lucky to discover a Greek music shop with a friendly owner, who is willing to go out of his way to help its customers. So if you are interested in Greek music and if you are a fan of Mario Frangoulis, go check greekmusicshop.gr I like to visit and just check all the different old and news singers. I like Nana Mercury and Nikos Verti but I have discovered many other wonderful Greek singers.

Alessandro Safina Along with Mario Frangoulis, Vittorio Grigolo, Fernando Lima and Juan Diego Flores, are my favorites
I have two of Alessandro's cds and will get any he puts out. He is fantastic!
